1. Whether retail or mixed batch:

7. Sample OEM:
As a factory, we do have this ability, but the production of more than a dozen processes and mold costs, production fluctuations and other factors cause this must be a high threshold of business, so the MOQ is usually high, please contact customer service for details.
8. Can the spot of the website change the packaging as needed?
Yes, if the packaging is blank or generic neutral packaging, there is no extra cost. If the customer needs to specify the trademark, the packaging consumables (outer bags, inner boxes, outer boxes, etc.) are provided by the customer and can be delivered to our factory.

9. Production cycle of out-of-stock products:
The production cycle is generally 10-20 days.
Conventional style, the production cycle will be within 10 days or less;
Unconventional style, the cycle fluctuation is large (your order quantity is enough to initiate production within the usual cycle, if your order quantity is very low enough to initiate production alone, you need to wait for others to order the order, the time is subject to negotiation, usually the single model prefers this).
10. About out of stock:
Our stock is generally sufficient, but we are in batch online and offline, we are also a mixed business model of domestic and foreign sales, sometimes the customer order volume is large, or there may be temporary out of stock, inventory is dynamic, change quickly, there are favorite models want to sell for a long time, it is recommended to stock up!
11. Express delivery:
Default to send ordinary express, if there are higher time requirements (such as SF Express, etc.), please contact customer service to make up the freight difference.
The express fees shown are the cooperation agreement price of the express company, that is, only the freight after the discount has been collected.

Sf Express note: If the customer asks to change SF Express, we default customers to choose "SF special" (metal products are too expensive), even if the freight is still about twice as expensive as our default ordinary express (only estimate), if the customer asks to change their own freight should be expected. Sf freight delivery and delivery is equivalent, so we choose to change the freight to zero for the disclosure of the table, and the customer pays. 12. Logistics and Freight:
If you feel that the express cost is expensive, you can choose to send freight logistics, freight logistics will be paid on arrival, we do not charge any transportation costs. After the goods arrive at the destination, the logistics company will notify you to take the consignee's ID card to pick up the goods, and then pay the freight to the logistics company when picking up the goods. Due to the different charging standards of each logistics company, the distance of the region, some places do not have direct transit and other factors, we can not give you an accurate figure, according to the actual charge of the logistics company. Regular logistics can be checked online, freight is more expensive than ordinary freight. General shipments can only be checked by telephone. Three to eight days, depending on the distance.
(Note: Send regular logistics, express loss can ask for compensation from the logistics company, ordinary freight is cheap, but the loss of express can not be compensated, ordinary freight loss rate is one in 10,000, and the loss is not borne by the company, please carefully consider which kind of logistics.)
13. Delivery time:
Orders are generally shipped within 72 hours of payment, and under normal circumstances are shipped the next day, generally not more than three days. If there is a shortage, customer service in the first time to inform you, in case of special circumstances, order quantity or too many varieties, the delivery time will be adjusted, please consult customer service for details, subject to the agreed delivery time.
14. About return and exchange:
Worry about product quality problems (in fact, it is a positioning problem), please take the sample and then confirm the purchase, to avoid disputes because the product is not suitable for return. Non-quality problems and non-customized models can be returned or replaced by negotiation, and the return freight is borne by the buyer.

Quality problem scope: damaged goods, wrong goods (color, style, size), missed delivery, etc., resulting in no sales, when applying for return or replacement, please be sure to take photos first and then contact our customer service staff to negotiate.
Non-quality problems: slight color difference due to different batches, a small number of defects that do not affect the overall use.
(Color difference sources mostly come from the different display parameters of their computers and mobile phones. On the details page of each product, our principle is to take pictures in kind and not change the appearance of the product through Photoshop, but we can't decide your display.)
15. List of goods included:
By default, we do not carry the list with the goods. If there is any special need (such as to put the list, or need to put another receipt, etc.), please communicate with customer service and specify the detailed requirements in the buyer's remarks.
16. Price changes:
